Returns & Shipping
Conditions of returns:

✔ Returned items bust be returned within 14 days (shipped within 14 days of receiving the item).
✔ Returned items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags/labels attached and in original packaging. Beach Bambini reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.
✔ Returned items must be carefully packaged – Strong bags and/or boxes must be used, all sides & openings must be taped up. Beach Bambini reserves the right to refuse the return if the returned items are damaged due to poor packaging.
✔ All Returns require an email to be sent to beachbambini@gmail.com notifying us of the return and the reason for returning.
✔ All Returns shipping costs are to be paid by the customer (excl. damaged items or a mistake made by us).
✔ It is encouraged that you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Beach Bambini.
What are the average shipping times?
All orders are dispatched within 3 - 5 business days. On average, it takes between 7 - 15 business days to arrive after being sent. Please note: we don’t ship products on the weekends or public holidays, so please allow for an extra couple of days if you ordered over the weekend.

Please keep in mind that the shipping times given above are estimates and every situation is different. Due to the current global situation we recommend that you allow a couple of extra days if you need the items for a special occasion.

Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes! If you need something urgently, head on over to the checkout and choose the Express Shipping option. Express Shipping is $15.95

I haven’t received my item, what can I do?
If 15 working days have passed and you have not received your item, please get in touch via beachbambini@gmail.com and we will be happy to look into it for you. Please note: We don’t ship products on weekends, so please allow for an extra couple of days if you ordered over the weekend.
